"We have been using this insurance company for awhile. We have faced 3 times they have randomly had issues with our automated payments. It’s been blamed twice on them attempting to use a card we do not use and was promised they have removed off the account. Twice they have done this and now a 3rd to where our coverage gets cancelled and causes multiple complications between the dmv, loans on vehicles and even getting pulled over with high charges being stated we had no insurance… when infact we never knew until the very last minute. This last summer we were promised it would be fixed and if an issue arrived again they would notify us directly versus an email…. Guess what? The email came tonight with notification of coverage being canceled for none payment… we have AUTOPAY!!! Beware please. As they never fix it and seem to always blame it on you. Go else where like ourselves. Do not waste your time on a business that can’t fix their mistakes and don’t care."

"When I first switched I had excellent service n good rate. I had home n auto. Added n took away from policy n at end of that not so easy process my rate seemed higher. Added another home owner policy n then after 2 months was told that they are denying the policy basically saying home is in disrepair. My 1st homeowners with them would need repair on home way more than the second home I carry. The way it was approached was rude n unprofessional. No this needs to be taken care of nothing just straight up we aren’t working with you on this policy and aren’t covering you after this date. I do want to say ty though as I have found insurance for my second home at half the rate that I was paying through your company and before I’m done I’ll be switching all of my car n home owners through another company as I’ve gotten quotes for over half lower of what I’m paying currently with State Farm. So ty for forcing me to look elsewhere for insurance as what I’ve found will be saving me bare minimum 2/3k a year taking this switch with 2 home owners n one car insurance."

Our ability to offer or continue coverage is based on the underwriting requirements for each policy and home condition at the time of review. When a policy cannot be approved or must be declined/ended, that decision is not personal—it’s tied to the information provided and the carrier’s underwriting guidelines.
We also take communication seriously. Our office reached out as a courtesy on June 1st, June 2nd and again on June 10th to discuss the situation and next steps, but we did not receive a response.
We want to be clear and professional throughout the process, and we regret that your experience didn’t meet that standard. If you contact us, we’ll be happy to review the specific details of your situation and explain what occurred at each step.
